Please note that due to congestion, even if you receive a card usage notification, your reservation may not have been properly confirmed.
In that case, the payment (provisional sale) will be automatically canceled after a certain period of time has elapsed.
If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation more than one hour after payment, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Furthermore, even if you proceed to the purchase completion screen, if your application is not displayed in "My Tickets," your reservation has not been successfully completed.
