This is an international music festival held in Kusatsu Town, Gunma Prefecture. Please enjoy two weeks of music and the famous Kusatsu Onsen hot springs.

In 2021, to commemorate Akihiro Miura's 60th birthday, a recital series began at Musicaza with his daughter, Maika. This sixth installment opens with Beethoven's youthful Violin Sonata No. 1. Following this, Miura tackles Bach's unaccompanied violin works, one of his life's works, and Prokofiev's Violin Sonata No. 2. These masterpieces strike a perfect balance between the depth and Russian lyricism contained within their transparent and clear melodies. Pay close attention to the dialogue between the violin and piano, and the beautiful interplay of melodies.
