K Ballet Opt's latest work, "Dancing: The Tale of Tono"
Another "Tale of Tono" danced by K Ballet, Moriyama Kaiji, Maro Akagi, and Onoue Masahide
The tragic love story between a kamikaze pilot and his fiancée intersects with the monumental work of Japanese fantasy literature, "The Tale of Tono."
A story depicting the boundary between illusion and reality, this world and the next, directed by Moriyama Kaiji. It brings together talented dancers from K Ballet, butoh legend Maro Akagi, and kabuki rising star Onoue Masahide.
Ballet, butoh, kabuki...the stage where different bodies resonate together is truly legendary!
