・Refunds are not possible unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
・There are stairs in the aisle for both the 1st and 2nd floor seats in Hachinohe City Public Hall.
It is not possible to enter the audience seats on the 2nd floor or move through the audience aisles while in a wheelchair.
Tickets for wheelchair seats will be sold at Hachinohe City Public Hall.
