東京藝術大学卒、レスピーギ音楽院よりディプロマを授与された卜部博子は、リサイタル、オペラを活躍の場としている。
古典はもとより、近代、例えば、ヤナーチェクのオペラ「マクロブロス事件」の日本初演公演でのタイトルロール、マクブロス役、サティの「ソクラテス」、さらに、国立オペラ・カンパニー ”青いサカナ団” における神田慶一のオペラ等、現代作品にも視野を広げている。今回、現代音楽の世界で確固たる位置を占めるピアニスト井上郷子を伴奏者（とソリスト）に迎え、現代作品のプログラムによるリサイタルを開催する。
渋谷由香「記憶から打ち寄せられた言葉」より2曲、近藤譲「茂吉の歌六首」、伊藤祐二「レランド・バードウェルの3つの詩」/ ソプラノ版、世界初演、星谷丈生・委嘱初演  / 世界初演、加えて井上郷子によるピアノソロ、飛田泰三「ピアノのための3つの小品」全曲版・日本初演、伊藤彰「プランB（ピアノの為に）」 /  委嘱作品・日本初演　という非常に興味深いプログラム。

Hiroko Urabe, who graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts and received a diploma from the Respighi Conservatory, is active in recitals and opera.
Classical as well as modern, for example, the title role in the Japanese premiere performance of Janacek's opera "Macroblos Incident", the role of Makbros, Satie's "Socrates", and Keiichi Kanda's opera at the National Opera Company "Blue Fish" I am also expanding my horizons to contemporary works. This time, pianist Satoko Inoue, who holds a firm position in the world of contemporary music, will be invited as accompanist (and soloist) to hold a recital of contemporary works.
2 pieces from Yuka Shibuya "Words washed up from memory", Jo Kondo "Six Poems of Mokichi", Yuji Ito "Three Poems of Leland Bardwell" / soprano version, world premiere, commissioned by Takeo Hoshitani / world In addition to the premiere, Satoko Inoue's piano solo, Taizo Tobita's "Three Pieces for the Piano" complete version (Japan premiere), and Akira Ito's "Plan B (for the piano)" / commissioned work (Japan premiere) are very interesting programs.
