NASAの先端技術により生まれたピッコロヴァイオリンの第一人者、（世界で演奏活動をできる人が１０人もいない）グレゴリーセドフを中心に、メキシコの気鋭のピアニスト、アレハンドロ・ベラ、バレエピアノの第一人者、ユーリー・コジェバートフ、及びサロンオーケストラジャパン、全盲ながら才能あふれるフルート奏者、綱川泰典の音楽に、箕輪健太指揮のNPOちきゅう市民クラブコーラス、バレエ、タンゴダンサーと盛りだくさんの楽しい演奏会、ARTS for ALL　2023　筑波大学附属視覚特別支援学校音楽科卒の皆さんも出演致します。

Gregory Sedov, the leading piccolo violin player created using NASA's cutting-edge technology (less than 10 people in the world are able to perform), Mexico's up-and-coming pianist Alejandro Vera, and ballet piano. A fun concert featuring the music of Yuri Kozhebatov, a leading expert on music, Salon Orchestra Japan, Yasunori Tsunakawa, a blind but talented flutist, the NPO Chikyu Citizen Club Chorus conducted by Kenta Minowa, ballet and tango dancers, and ARTS. for ALL 2023 Graduates of the music department of the University of Tsukuba School for the Visually Impaired, will also be performing.
