Tenor Tatsuto Ito, whose work primarily spans the opera stage, will hold an all-song recital on May 6th. In this performance, he will sincerely engage with the words and the voice themselves in a delicate space featuring only poetry and piano. In Schumann's "Der Poete Love," he will meticulously portray the delicate psychology of love, while in Turina's "Poem in the Form of Song," he will vividly present the charm of colorful Spanish song. This is the second charity concert following "Nella Fantasia," a charity concert organized by Concertbouquet in May 2023. A portion of the proceeds from this concert will be donated to the "Sukoyakasa Yutakasa no Mirai Kenkyujo" (commonly known as P-ALS), a general incorporated foundation that works to support patients with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) and their families.
