古典バレエの名作ふたつをいちどに楽しめる！
普遍的な人気を誇るチャイコフスキー音楽による古典バレエの名作「白鳥の湖」と「くるみ割り人形」。この2つの作品を、ストーリーの流れはそのまま、それぞれ【全1幕】にぎゅっと凝縮。スピーディな展開で小さなお子さまでも飽きることなく楽しめるように再構成しました。
「白鳥の湖」では上演前・途中に解説があり、「くるみ割り人形」では登場人物「ドロッセルマイヤー」役が皆さまをナビゲートするので、「よくわからないかも」という心配はいりません。
通常の公演より鑑賞マナーを緩和して行うリラックスパフォーマンスでは、障がいのある方や、小さなお子様連れのご家族も、肩ひじはらずにバレエ鑑賞をお楽しみいただけます。

【リラックスパフォーマンスって？】
リラックスパフォーマンスは、自閉症やADHDの症状等により劇場空間での鑑賞に不安がある方も舞台芸術を楽しめるようにと取り組まれている公演形態です。
スターダンサーズ・バレエ団では、2018年から、リラックスパフォーマンスによる公演を開催しています。

Enjoy two classic ballet masterpieces at once!
"Swan Lake" and "The Nutcracker" are classic ballet masterpieces set to the music of Tchaikovsky, which are universally popular. These two works have been condensed into one act each, with the story flow remaining the same. The fast-paced development has been reconstructed so that even small children can enjoy them without getting bored.
In "Swan Lake," there will be explanations before and during the performance, and in "The Nutcracker," the character Drosselmeyer will guide you through, so there is no need to worry about not understanding everything.
This relaxed performance will have more relaxed viewing etiquette than a regular performance, allowing people with disabilities and families with small children to enjoy the ballet without any stress.

Requests to all visitors
This performance will be conducted in a relaxed manner compared to that expected at a regular ballet performance. Please understand that there may be some movement, chatter, and some talking during the performance.

What is Relaxed Performance?
Relaxation performances are a form of performance that aims to enable people who may be anxious about watching in a theater space due to symptoms such as autism or ADHD to enjoy performing arts.
Since 2018, Star Dancers Ballet has been hosting relaxing performances.
