~The second installment of the Banquet series~
The Kawasaki Regular Noh "Banquet" series for 2025 will present various aspects of "banquets" reflected in Noh through three performances throughout the year. In the second installment, "Momijigari" will be performed as part of the series.
【Part 1】
Kyogen "God of Fortune" by Miyake Ukon (Izumi School)
Noh "Izutsu Kakeriiri" by Tsunoda Yukio (Kanze School Umewaka-kai)
【Part 2】
Kyogen "Kombu Seller" by Miyake Chikanari (Izumi School)
Noh "Momijigari Oni Soroe" by Tsunoda Naotaka (Kanze School Umewaka-kai)
If you would like to purchase tickets after December 12th (Friday), please call Kawasaki Noh Theater (044-222-7995) or come to the ticket counter (tickets will be sold on the day of the performance if they are available).
※If you make a reservation by phone after December 12th, payment must be made on the day.
◎ Kawasaki City Regular Noh Pre-Lecture
A simple explanation of the worldview of "Mugen Noh," a representative form of Noh, and the relationship between "Sake Banquets" and Noh. We will explore the profound appeal of each performance.

Venue: Kawasaki Noh Theatre
Instructor: Kadoto Naotaka (Shite-kata Noh actor of the Kanze School Umewaka-kai)
Fee: 500 yen

~About the highlights (audience seating) of Kawasaki Noh Theatre~
*Kawasaki Noh Theatre does not have a roof or white platform over the Noh stage.
*Rows C and E are one step higher than the previous row.
*There is a metsuke-bashira (approximately 150cm above the stage) in front of the center front seats, which may make it difficult to see depending on your seat.
