Ryukyu dance has been passed down to the present day, overcoming many difficulties since the Ryukyu Dynasty. This year marks 80 years since the end of the war, and Ryukyu dancer Shida Maki will once again reflect on the essence of Ryukyu dance, a dance of prayer, and weave the brilliance of life of Ryukyu dance into the future.
