京都の地で伝承され、独自の文化を育んでいる「狂言」と「京舞」。異種芸能でありながら両者が共通に持っているテーマを取り上げ、比較上演する三年連続企画の第二弾。
今年は「メルヘン」をテーマに、レパートリー演目のほか、初の試みとなる京舞・狂言合作による新作も披露します。

"Kyogen" and "Kyomai" are handed down in Kyoto and nurture a unique culture. This is the second installment of a three-year continuous project that takes up themes that both parties have in common, even though they are different types of performing arts, and performs comparative performances.
This year, under the theme of "fairy tale", in addition to the repertoire performance, we will also showcase a new work by Kyomai and Kyogen collaboration, which is the first attempt.
